Brentwood Community Association (BCA)
and HOA Management
Brentwood is a deed-restricted residential community governed by covenants and bylaws administered by the Board Members and Homeowner Management Services (HMS), Brentwood's HOA Management Company.
The Board and HMS work together to ensure Brentwood's covenants, legal and financial obligations, and the needs of its community are met. Brentwood homeowners are required to pay an HOA Assessment annually due in March.

Accepts HOA Assessment payments
Dispatching delinquency notices to residents behind on payments
Collections
Keeping the board apprised of the status of problem accounts
Escalating delinquent accounts to collections
Coordinating with the HOA’s collection attorney
Rule Enforcement
Responsible for maintaining property values by fairly enforcing community covenants and bylaws.
Maintenance
Conducts inspections to maintain and improve the community’s condition and presence through home/street drive-throughs and common areas walk-throughs.
