The purpose of the Yard of the Month (YOTM) event is to recognize the hard work and efforts homeowners put into maintaining outstanding lawns, flowers, and overall landscape.

All homeowners are eligible to participate, but only homeowners in good standing can be recognized as a winner.  A gift card from one of the well-known home improvement stores is given to the 1st place winner along with the YOTM sign which is placed in the homeowner's yard for 3-4.  weeks.  Homeowners will only be chosen once a year. All efforts are made to not choose the same homeowner twice in a row for the same season.

Judging, selection, and decisions are made by the YOTM Committee.  December YOTM recognizes outstanding Christmas decorations.

Judging Schedule:

• Spring (mid-April to early May)
• Summer (late July to early August)
• Fall (mid-October; October can include yard and fall decorations)
• Winter (early December;  includes Christmas decorations)
