Brentwood’s cabana is conveniently located at the subdivision entrance. A 2-story spacious facility beautifully adorned for exclusive mid-size parties, bridal showers, etc. The cabana is equipped with a full kitchen, chairs, tables, restrooms, and an upper deck.

It is located at 1601 Brentwood Crossing SE, Conyers, GA 30013.

Rental information

The Cabana, including the upstairs deck, may be reserved by homeowners ONLY who are in good standing, and the homeowner must always be on the premises during the function.                                                                                                 

Homeowners are limited to three reservations per year.    

The rental cost is $125 and is due two weeks before your scheduled event.  A $100 security deposit fee is due when the reservation is made.                                                                                                                                                                                       

You may reserve the Cabana up to 60 days in advance.   

The maximum number of guests is 30 people.                                                                                                                          

The Cabana, including the upstairs deck, may be reserved for exclusive parties Sunday – Saturday,  11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the non-pool season.                                                            
                                                            

During the pool season, cabana rental and pool parties are not allowed.

Important  

Non-compliance with the RULES AND REGULATIONS or with the terms of the contract or misuse of the facilities will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possible disciplinary action by the Board of Directors.

Our Pool Area is a perfect place for a sunny-day fun-filled retreat for the entire family. Brentwood Members and their guests can enjoy recreation swim in our large outdoor pool complete with swimming lanes, a water slide, and a lifeguard.

An assigned Amenity Key is required for admittance to the pool area.  Only residents in good standing will have access to the Pool.      

Lifeguards on duty are responsible for the enforcement of the Brentwood Community Association's pool and pool area rules and regulations. 

Members’ guests are welcome. Homeowners can bring a maximum of four guests to the pool.

Proper decorum is required, and only proper swimming apparel will be allowed in the pool.

MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND GUESTS AT ALL TIMES.

The pool opens on Memorial Day in May through Labor Day in September.

All persons using the pool will do so at their own risk. BCA assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries in 

connection with such use or for the loss or damage to personal property.

Brentwood has two competition-grade tennis courts with seating for its Members who are in good-standing use.  

***IMPORTANT***

The tennis court entrance has been upgraded to a keycard access system.  An Amenity KeyCard is required to access the tennis courts. 

Tennis Courts may be used from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. daily and can be reserved for two hours maximum time of continuous play.                             

To guarantee an available court, Members should reserve a court prior to play. A weekly tennis sign-up sheet for reservations is on the tennis court bulletin board.

Courts are for tennis only.   Bicycles, skateboards, etc. are not allowed on the courts. 

Activities other than tennis are strictly prohibited.                     

The popularity of Beach Volleyball, formally known as Sand Volleyball,  has exploded over the last few years. Natural clean, white sand offers a true beach-like experience and is an excellent way to have fun and stay in shape.

The volleyball court is for Brentwood residents only and their guests and is available on a first-come basis.  No reservations are required.

The court is for volleyball play only and must not be used as a playground and/or sandbox. Please be aware that rocks, toys, and other debris buried in the sand may cause injury.  Players should check the court before use.

The Brentwood Community Association is not responsible for any injuries.

An Amenity Key is assigned to each Homeowners' address and is required to access the swimming pool. 

AMENITY KEY: 

• If the Homeowner's current key is not available, a $25  Key Replacement Fee must be paid before a new keycard is issued.
• Identification is required.  Homeowners must bring their current amenity key and provide proof of identity and address.  A valid photo ID and utility bill can be used as proof. 
• If you are a renter, your landlord is responsible for exchanging and replacing the property's assigned Amenity Key. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

You will be required to sign the Assumption of Risk Document to use the pool. The document will be available for signing during the Amenity Key Exchange.  For your convenience, the Assumption of Risk Document is available online.
