Reservation Process

How to Reserve

1. Review the Cabana Rules & Regulations.
2. Check the Cabana Calendar for an available date.
3. Complete & submit the Cabana Reservation Agreement.   
   Online Form: Click the Request Cabana button located below the Cabana Calendar.
   Paper Form:  Email to cabanabrentwoodpost@gmail.com or use the Upload Documents button below.
4. Submit your payment once you've been notified the reservation has been approved. The reservation is not confirmed until the security deposit has been received.
5. Let us know your payment was submitted by emailing us
   at cabanabrentwoodpost@gmail.com.

Rental Requirements

1. A $100 Security Deposit is required to secure a reservation.
2. The rental fee is $125 and is due two weeks before the day of the event.
3. You must have your amenity key to access the cabana.   
   You must obtain the key before requesting a reservation. 
4. Read and accept the Cabana Terms of Use.
5. Complete the Cabana Rental Cleaning Checklist at the end of your event. Place it in the mailbox outside of the cabana or upload it using our website. 
6. Failure to return the Cabana Rental Cleaning Checklist or insufficient clean-up will result in losing your deposit.
